1. Digital Learning & Technology Use
Students are expected to use the FinT Learning Management System (LMS) and digital platforms responsibly.
Orientation on accessing the LMS will be provided on the first day of classes.
Students may attend live online classes exclusively through the FinT LMS. Recorded class sessions will be made available on the LMS on a regular basis.
Any misuse of digital platforms, violation of online conduct standards, or breach of data privacy may result in disciplinary action.
2. Fee Payment & Administrative Compliance
Students are required to adhere strictly to FinT Learning Hub’s fee payment schedules.
The complete course fees must be paid within three (3) weeks of the official enrollment date, unless otherwise approved in writing.
Failure to comply with financial obligations may result in restricted access to classes, learning resources, and academic services.
3. Refund Policy
Fees are refundable only within two (2) weeks of the payment date. No refund will be issued once this period has elapsed.
No refund will be issued if a student withdraws, stops attending, or is suspended due to misconduct or non-attendance.
The Security Deposit for Scholarship is non-refundable but will be adjusted against the total course fees at a later stage.
Refund processing time is a minimum of four (4) weeks from the date of approval; no interest will be paid.
FinT Learning Hub reserves the right to cancel or merge classes due to low enrollment.
4. Course Transfer Policy
Transfers: FinT Learning Hub allows students to request a one-time transfer to a different ACCA paper (of equal value) or a different course.
Conditions: Transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@fint.edu.np at least 14 days before the original course access start date.
Restrictions:
Transfers are not permitted once you have accessed more than 25% of the course content.
If Students have purchased any bundled or combined packages, he/she shall not be allowed the transfer to any other course or packages.
5. Access to Online Learning Platform (LMS)
Access Start Date: Immediately upon successful payment.
Access Expiry Date: 6 months from the start date.
Materials Included: All lecture recordings, notes, and downloadable resources for your enrolled paper(s) will be available during this period.
Post-Expiry: Access will cease upon the expiry date. Extensions may be purchased separately.
Post-Exam Access: In cases where a student is unsuccessful in an examination, LMS access may be reinstated upon written request, subject to institutional approval.
6. Technical Requirements & Compatibility
To ensure a seamless learning experience, you are responsible for ensuring your equipment meets the following requirements before enrollment:
Internet Speed: A stable internet connection is required to have the live and recorded lectures without interruption; it is recommended the internet speed at-least more than 10 Mb/ps
Supported Browsers: Our platform performs best on the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
Software: You will need access to Microsoft Excel and a PDF reader to view and complete certain course materials and homework assignments.
